Our Ethos
Bratton Fleming Pre-School is a happy and nurturing environment where children grow and develop as individuals. Our qualified and experienced staff pride themselves on offering quality care and early years education. Inspiring activities and opportunities encourage exploration, awe and wonder; fostering a love of learning and laying the foundations for future learning across all seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
To encourage a happy and settled environment, we have a few golden rules we share and explore in a positive manner with the children;

- Sharing and taking turns.
We encourage good manners and an all friends together approach!
Working in Partnership with Parents and Carers
We welcome families into our setting to share and celebrate the children’s achievements and have special open days throughout the year. We also hold a termly Parent’s Evening at the setting so you can talk to the staff and see how the Pre School is set up ready for the day.
All staff are available to speak to and will know your child really well but we have a Key Person/Key Child system in place. The Key Person's role is to help ensure that every one of their key child's care is tailored to meet their individual needs, to help your child become familiar with the setting and to offer a settled relationship for the child and build a relationship with you as parents/carers.
Our observations and daily care diaries are sent to you on your smart devices (phones, tablets etc) through an online system called Tapestry. Further information is provided to parents when they start with us.
